Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to help manage the site quality management system and develop procedures aligned with standards and customer requirements. The role leads documentation and training on quality management practices and supports the Kenco Operating System implementation related to quality assurance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field and 2–4 years of QA experience, with Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required or equivalent years of experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality systems preferred.
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and improve site policies, procedures, and work instructions to enhance the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program and train auditors; measure audit results.
• Identify training needs and organize interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; perform root-cause investigations.
• Collect and analyze statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement.
