Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to manage the site quality management system and align processes with customer requirements. You will lead documentation efforts and train operations personnel on QMS fundamentals, while supporting the Kenco Operating System implementation related to quality assurance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 2–4 years in QA, with ISO 9001:2015 familiarity; Lead Auditor certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge; Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update site quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Administer internal audit program and train auditors.
• Identify training needs and organize quality training interventions.
• Investigate customer complaints and NCs with root cause and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
