Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to help manage the site quality management system and ensure processes align with standards and customer requirements. The role leads development of documents and tools to guide and improve quality programs and educates operations on QMS requirements.

Travel is approximately 25% and the position emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold ISO 9001 and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field is required or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the QMS.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure QMS compliance through training auditors and audits.
