Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to help manage the site quality management system and ensure processes align with standards and customer requirements. You will lead documentation, educate operations on quality requirements, and support the implementation of the Kenco Operating System related to quality assurance.

The role involves auditing, training, root cause analysis, data collection, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update site policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Administer internal audit program and train auditors.
• Identify training needs and organize QA training.
• Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Collect and analyze quality data to drive improvement.
