• Drive the incident postmortem that stops outages from recurring.
• Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence.
• Pair with technology analysts to align models with real behavior.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with BDD.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across MS teams.
• Break large initiatives into deliverable testing increments.
• Translate compliance rules into Postman guardrails baked into the build.
