Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance / Software Test Manager to lead a team of Test Leads and Engineers, overseeing test planning, execution and delivery for new product launches and integration projects.

You will drive adoption of test automation across application portfolios, provide technical guidance, and promote consistent testing practices with vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology or related field.
• 10+ years managing QA teams across multiple platforms and applications.
• 5+ years directly managing test automation teams.
• 3+ years directly managing performance and load testing resources.
• Experience managing testing teams for mobile and cloud platforms.
• Experience in mobile testing and mobile test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Test Leads and Test Engineers and be responsible for test planning, execution and delivery of QA activities for new product launches and integrations.
• Drive adoption of test automation across portfolios to improve time to market and test coverage.
• Provide technical and process guidance to QA staff.
• Promote standardized testing processes and tools across projects and vendors to ensure consistency.
• Own QA solution development that meets scope, quality and timing, with shift-left testing emphasis.
• Collaborate with architecture, strategy, operations and vendor partners to deliver QA capabilities.
