mTrade in Oxford, MS seeks a hands-on QA Manager to lead analysts and automation specialists across the SDLC. Translate delivery priorities into test plans, assign work, and coordinate manual and automated testing, release validation, and beta testing to ensure software quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and business users to drive test coverage, manage risks, and guide CI/CD integration, defect management, and release readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Software Eng or equivalent practical experience.
• Progression in software quality assurance with ownership of testing for releases and leadership or supervision of QA staff.
• Experience coordinating manual and automated testing across web apps, backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Kanban, risk-based testing, defect management, and release validation knowledge.
• Practical SQL knowledge for data validation and REST API testing; familiarity with C#/.NET testing.

Mansioni

• Team supervision and development across manual, automation, and release testing; manage capacity and onboarding.
• Oversee test plans, scenarios, cases, and data with traceability to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Represent QA in backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, reviews, and Kanban activities.
• Guide development and maintenance of frontend/backend automated tests; integrate into CI/CD.
• Establish defect documentation, triage, tracking, and retesting coordination with Product/Development.
• Define test entry/exit criteria and lead pre-release smoke and regression testing; report risks.
• Coordinate data-entry and business-user testing with Technical Support and stakeholders.
• Coordinate test environments and data needs across multiple stages; assist deployment validation.
• Provide technical guidance; help troubleshoot issues with SQL, APIs, logs, and diagnostics.
• Maintain clear test progress and coverage reporting; drive continuous improvement actions.
• Partner with Development and Product to improve QA standards, frameworks, and release testing.
