Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Atlanta is seeking a QA Lead with 4–5 years of experience to drive testing for a large transformation project in the unemployment benefits domain. The role covers manual and automated testing, test management, API testing, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple tools and teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, test case design, data management, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on strategy, quality metrics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large testing transformations.
• Strong testing foundations in manual and automated approaches.
• Experience with test management and data management.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and CI/CD tooling.
• Proficiency with Java and related test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing efforts across unemployment benefits domain.
• Design and execute smoke, functional, GUI, integration, and regression tests.
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases in HP ALM, QC, Jira, Version1, etc.
• Review test artifacts and ensure traceability and quality metrics.
• Coordinate across teams for test deliverables and reporting.
