Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant's quality management system and ensure products meet customer and ARP quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising inspection, laboratory testing, audits, and process control across a high-complexity plant.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Quality/Engineering, 7–10 years of quality leadership experience in plastics packaging, and accreditation in quality systems. Travel up to 15% and strong SPC expertise are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 7–10 years quality management experience in plastic packaging preferred.
• Professional accreditation in Quality Engineering and Systems required.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead, and monitor the Amcor Quality Management System at the plant.
• Oversee inspection, lab testing, auditing, and process control activities.
• Maintain and improve the plant's quality management system to meet customer and audit requirements.
• Lead corrective and preventative actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate SPC programs and analyze CPk statistics to improve product quality.
