Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Quality Manager to develop, improve, and maintain quality systems and processes to meet regulatory requirements in the packaging industry. The role leads the quality discipline, driving adherence to systems and customer focus, and directs follow-up corrective actions for customer-related quality issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in implementing and maintaining quality system and food safety system standards.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of HACCP/FSSC 22000/SQF/BRC/IMS, ISO 13485/9001

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and act as Management Representative for customer and internal quality inquiries.
• Provide leadership to the quality team and manage the plant quality system.
• Oversee nonconformities and CAPA with root-cause investigations.
• Develop and implement in-process quality inspection plans and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technical and R&D on new products and processes
