Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager at our Camp Hill, PA distribution center to lead North America QA teams. You will develop policies, standardize inventory QA, and drive reduction of costs while improving customer satisfaction across stores and e-commerce.

Ideal candidates bring a engineering or supply chain background, Six Sigma Green Belt, and strong leadership. Expect travel to support vendors and cross-functional partners within our fast-paced, culture-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance with proficiency in developing quality standards and SOPs.
• Proven track record of inventory control initiatives that improved accuracy, efficiency and cost savings.
• Able to travel 25–50% domestically and internationally (Canada).
• Leadership across all levels of the organization and data-driven decision making.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

As Quality Assurance Manager at our Camp Hill, PA distribution center, you will provide leadership and direction for our North America Supply Chain Quality Assurance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and own all quality assurance policies, procedures, and expectations across the entire distribution center network to ensure standards are in alignment with all of our key vendors (i.e. Nike, Adidas, Puma, New Balance, Converse)
• Develop and standardize inventory quality assurance to improve customer product satisfaction scores and protect the Foot Locker brand
• Set KPIs for quality assurance in North America and support ICQA Operations Managers to ensure they are achieving expectations
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions within our incoming inspection and product return processes
• Lead quality audits to validate that the distribution center is adhering to established procedures
• Provide the Vendor Relations team with consistent feedback for our vendors to continue improving product quality for our retail stores
• Partner with Finance to develop reporting on total cost of quality to include rework, scrap, return to vendor, and any other cost related to non‑conforming product
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive a significant improvement in total cost of quality and customer satisfaction scores for e‑commerce orders
• Innovate strategy and technologies to drive continuous improvement
• Proactively drive change management to all levels of the team impacted by process changes
• Model our core values of leadership, innovation, integrity, teamwork, and service while delivering subject matter expertise in a customer‑centric high‑performing culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance with proficiency in developing quality standards and standardizing SOPs
• Proven track record of implementing inventory control initiatives that resulted in improved accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings
• Able to travel 25-50% of the time domestically and internationally (Canada)
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• Capable of interpreting complex data in order to solve problems and make meaningful, long‑term decisions that improve operational outcomes
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
• Confidence in presenting to executive leadership team and board of directors
• Availability to provide support for team on off‑shifts

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 / yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
