Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager at our Camp Hill, PA distribution center to lead North America QA teams. You will develop policies, standardize inventory QA, and drive reduction of costs while improving customer satisfaction across stores and e-commerce.

Ideal candidates bring a engineering or supply chain background, Six Sigma Green Belt, and strong leadership. Expect travel to support vendors and cross-functional partners within our fast-paced, culture-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance with proficiency in developing quality standards and SOPs.
• Proven track record of inventory control initiatives that improved accuracy, efficiency and cost savings.
• Able to travel 25–50% domestically and internationally (Canada).
• Leadership across all levels of the organization and data-driven decision making.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and own all quality assurance policies across the distribution center network.
• Standardize inventory quality assurance to improve customer product satisfaction and protect the brand.
• Set KPIs for quality assurance in North America and support ICQA to meet targets.
• Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Lead quality audits to validate adherence to procedures.
• Provide feedback to vendors to improve product quality for retail stores.
• Collaborate with Finance to report total cost of quality including rework and returns.
• Drive cross-functional improvement for e-commerce order quality and customer satisfaction.
