As the Senior Manager, Value Stream Lean Leader (Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement), you will drive Operational Excellence capability development programs for our Camp Hill distribution center and partner with functional leaders to define and execute improvement initiatives across Foot Locker distribution center operations. You will have a dotted line to the site's Sr. Director of Operations as part of the facility leadership team to lead the site's strategy plan to drive improved performance in Quality, Service, and Efficiency. In addition to expert level knowledge of Operational Excellence techniques, we are also looking for subject matter expertise in one or more specific areas of operations.
In this role, you will identify key opportunities and gaps in the core business processes, align resources to these priorities, and ensure that appropriate charters and quality improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques are being leveraged to drive improvements. We are looking for someone who will continuously advocate for future operational improvements by partnering with and challenging the business and leadership in system thinking and new ideas.

The annual base salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
