Job summary

Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking an Associate Program Director to lead the case management and specialized support services for clients in Bronx, NY. You will oversee staff, ensure program delivery models, and build partnerships with community agencies to enhance services.

In the absence of the Program Director, you will assume responsibilities to maintain operations and regulatory compliance, while maintaining confidential client records and contributing to overall program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field and five years’ experience, including two in supervisory roles.
• Supervise program personnel in case management and related areas.
• Establish and maintain program delivery models.
• Develop and maintain linkages with service agencies and state/city liaisons.
• Ensure regulations and quality assurance indicators are met.
• Maintain client records professionally and confidentially.
• Participate in the general management of the facility or program.

Position: Associate Program Director

The Associate Program Director manages the case management and specialized support service delivery system for clients as well as establishing community linkages to enhance services. In the absence of the Program Director, assume the responsibilities of that position.

Location: Bronx, NY 10472

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and five years’ experience including two years in a supervisory experience.
• Manage program personnel in case management and support areas.
• Establish and maintain program delivery models.
• Develop and maintain linkages with other service agencies, generic community resources, and state/city liaisons.
• Ensure that regulations and quality assurance indicators are achieved.
• Maintain client records in a professional and confidential manner.
• Participate in the general management of the facility or program.
