Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience with developing, reviewing, and modifying real estate or timeshare contracts.

• Comfort working with multiple teams across salaried and hourly roles.
• Notary certification is a plus.
• Disney timeshare product experience preferred.
• Certified Notary.

Responsibilities

• Create settlements ensuring contracts meet legal, regulatory, and financial guidelines.
• Review documents with DVC Member for accuracy and completion; support signing and notary process.
• Assist Members with product questions and payment tracking; support buying, selling, transferring, and contract issuance.
• Underwrite credit by reviewing reports to determine financing eligibility.
• Support sales with product questions; follow up on files; troubleshoot settlement processes.
• Track contracts with outstanding documents to ensure timely completion.
• Manage available inventory and respond to pending requests.
• Record contracts accurately in county systems and update memberships.
