• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create settlements ensuring contracts meet legal, regulatory, and financial guidelines.
• Facilitate final procedures by reviewing files with DVC Members in person or remotely via electronic signing and notary.
• Respond to member questions and assist with payments, contract questions, and account updates.
• Review credit reviews and determine credit approval for financing purchases.
• Assist sales team with product questions and follow-up on documents.
• Monitor contracts to ensure timely completion and close to business goals.
• Maintain inventory and accurate recording of contracts across counties.
