Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure cement products meet all specifications and regulations. The role demands leadership of QA/QC processes, certification of shipments, and maintaining laboratory practices in line with corporate standards.

The candidate will coordinate testing across production stages, train laboratory personnel, and drive continuous improvement with sales and other departments. A technical degree and 5–7 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or years of equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in quality management or cement manufacturing.
• Technical field such as Chemistry or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cement meets internal, customer, industry, and government specs and certify shipments.
• Lead QA/QC activities across raw materials, raw mix, clinker, fuel, and cement testing.
• Maintain and implement Quality Manuals and ensure compliance with Corporate Quality Program.
