Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related quality or engineering experience; OR Graduate Degree with 0–2 years of related experience; OR 6 years of quality or manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal teams and customer counterparts to ensure hardware meets specifications.
• Manage deviations and nonconformances across the organization; understand aerospace processes.
• Apply Lean and basic Six Sigma tools to support manufacturing operations.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure compliance.
• Prepare analyses, procedures, reports, and presentations for internal and customer review.
• Interface with the MRB to provide input for nonconformance dispositions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
