The position demands a strong background in quality systems, leadership, and problem-solving in a regulated environment. Security clearance may be required based on program scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience; Graduate Degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years without a degree.
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QC processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Analyze QC data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Lead a QC team with guidance, coaching, and support.
• Coordinate with teams to align QC with business goals.
• Audit QC processes and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain QC documentation and records accuracy.
