Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM with 2 years of related experience, or graduate degree with 0–2 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Practical experience in manufacturing, quality engineering, or related operations.
• Experience with data analysis, process documentation, or quality improvement methods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Power Platform familiarity is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or related quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team environment to meet shared quality objectives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze quality/manufacturing data; develop reports and dashboards.
• Support development/maintenance of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Explain dashboards, metrics, and standard quality processes to end users.
• Partner with Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering to improve data collection and reporting.
• Analyze production processes and nonconformances to identify causes and improvements.
• Execute quality improvement projects from planning through implementation; track actions.
