AMA-ALU CORP in Hatfield, PA is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead all QA/QC functions in a food container manufacturing facility, with emphasis on food-grade compliance and customer requirements.

You will design and maintain a QMS aligned to ISO 9001:2015, oversee audits and CAPA, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance including FDA, GMP, HACCP, and PFAS-related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (food science, materials, chemical or industrial engineering).
• Strong knowledge of FDA, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Lead auditor experience in a GFSI-certified facility preferred.
• Experience rebuilding or establishing a QMS in a startup or turnaround.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a facility QMS aligned to ISO 9001:2015, targeting certification within 12 months.
• Establish document control, SOPs, work instructions, inspection plans, and change control.
• Lead internal audits and readiness for third-party audits; manage CAPA actions.
• Develop CAPA system with root-cause analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5-Why).
• Maintain a GFSI-aligned food safety system (SQF/BRCGS/FSSC 2200) for a Tier 1 aluminum packaging supplier.
• Ensure HARPC and PRPs for allergen control, pest management, environmental monitoring, and sanitation.
