ALPLA Dayton, OH is seeking a Quality Manager to lead day-to-day quality control, ensuring product testing, inspection and documentation meet internal, customer and regulatory standards. You will supervise the quality team and support the quality system to drive a culture of quality across operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise day-to-day quality control activities at the manufacturing site, ensuring testing, inspection and documentation meet internal, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality technicians; support the Quality Manager in maintaining an effective quality system and driving a quality mindset within the operation.
• Support audit readiness activities for internal, customer, certification and regulatory audits, including preparation of records and corrective actions follow-up.
• Manage collection, verification and timely submission of monthly quality and food safety data in line with corporate requirements.
• Ensure calibration status and availability of quality test equipment; support product and equipment qualification activities.
• Support customer complaint management and root cause analysis activities.
