Job summary

ALPLA, a global leader in sustainable packaging, seeks a QA Manager at our Arkansas site. You will lead quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance to ensure product safety and satisfaction for customers.

In this role you will manage the quality team, coordinate supplier and customer interactions, and drive continuous improvement across the site. A 4-year STEM degree and 5+ years QA leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4-year STEM/technical degree required.
• At least 5 years in Quality Assurance with leadership experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SPC software helpful.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Quality Management System and QA program.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; act as audit contact.
• Ensure regulatory and customer compliance; manage testing.
• Oversee documentation, data reporting and calibration processes.
• Develop and coach the quality team; drive continuous improvement.
