Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator to manage the site quality management system and guide personnel on quality requirements. You will develop documents, lead training, and support the Kenco Operating System implementation related to quality assurance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in QA, with ISO 9001:2015 knowledge; Lead Auditor certification is preferred. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure QMS compliance and train auditors.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause & corrective action investigations.
• Collect and analyze statistical quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
