Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy and uphold quality across the distribution center. You will partner with internal customers, vendors, and SSC teams to drive quality for over 100 stores.

You will analyze issues, lead root cause resolutions, train staff on WMS, and collaborate with IT and Vendor Compliance to ensure reliable software releases. A strong focus on process improvement and accuracy is required.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve inventory control, WMS, and process issues; perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements.
• Assist in disposition of freight diverted to the Problem Resolutions Area due to inventory, vendor, or system issues.
• Serve as liaison between IT, WMS, and Vendor Compliance groups; monitor WMS releases and ensure successful roll-out at the DC.
• Audit inbound shipments; report deficiencies in ASN and load quality; coordinate with AP, vendors, and IPR for accuracy.
• Drive accuracy and awareness by training managers and associates on the WMS and load quality reporting.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware-related issues.
