Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Inventory Control Quality Assurance Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, process quality, and vendor compliance across the distribution center and more than 100 stores.

You will build strong relationships with internal customers, vendors and 3PLs, lead audits and cycle counts, and coach associates to improve performance and accuracy while driving data-driven improvement across the DC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and relocate if required.
• Minimum 2 years of related leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control, WMS issues, and process improvements; resolve root causes.
• Manage cycle counts, annual physical inventory, slotting and SKU profiling.
• Lead audits and report deficiencies; partner with AP, vendors and IPR for accuracy.
• Evaluate work methods and staffing to improve movement and processing of product.
• Coach and develop associates; foster a positive, employee-centered environment.
• Train managers/associates on WMS usage, load quality reporting and ASN compliance.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM on external carrier performance and 3PL relationships.
