Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy and quality across our DC and service to over 100 stores. You will build strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and SSC groups to drive quality and vendor compliance.

You will lead root-cause analyses, monitor WMS releases, and train staff on load quality reporting and ASN compliance, with occasional travel to support operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; further education is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide a project team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and resolve inventory control and warehouse process issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist in disposition of freight diverted to the Problem Resolutions Area.
• Collaborate with IT, WMS and Vendor Compliance groups; monitor WMS releases from the SSC.
• Audit inbound shipments for deficiencies; coordinate with AP, vendors and IPR to ensure accuracy.
• Train managers and associates on WMS, load quality reporting, and ASN compliance.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and support maintenance as needed.
