Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Inventory, Quality, and Control Supervisor to oversee inventory management and quality assurance within the distribution center. The role reports to the IQC Regional Director and collaborates across the center to maximize operational efficiencies and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include guiding distribution-area processes, supervising warehouse operations, and driving performance with regular feedback and formal reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience supervising Inventory Control within a Distribution Center/Warehouse.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience collaborating across departments to improve processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure delivery of consistent work products.
• Execute daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area to enhance culture of excellence and innovation.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to meet daily targets.
• Conduct performance appraisals using reports and procedures to resolve problems and improve efficiency.
• Analyze reports and provide recommendations on best practices for the section.
• Coordinate processes and assignments to balance workload and meet metrics.
• Define tasks and priorities to meet operational success.
