Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Quality Assurance Supervisor to drive inventory accuracy and process quality across the distribution center, serving over 100 stores. You will resolve issues, build relationships with internal customers, vendors, and SSC partners, and lead root-cause analysis for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include analyzing inventory control problems, coordinating with IT and Vendor Compliance, auditing shipments, training staff on WMS use, and ensuring ASN and load

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of RDC warehouse operation preferred.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and resolve inventory control, WMS and process issues with root cause analysis.
• Assist in the disposition of freight diverted due to inventory or systems issues.
• Liaise between IT, WMS and Vendor Compliance groups; monitor WMS releases and communicate to DC management.
• Audit inbound shipments and report deficiencies including ASN and load quality issues.
• Train managers and associates on the WMS, load quality reporting and ASN compliance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware issues and related systems.
