Job summary

• Monitor and report QMS implementation and effectiveness through audits and metrics.
• Facilitate QA training for new and existing associates.
• Review documents prepared by the team for accuracy and legibility.
• Collaborate with QA, Ops Performance and Process Improvement teams on quality initiatives.
• Support licensing, permits, registrations and regulatory compliance.
• Perform daily QA activities as directed by management.
• Lead development of QMS documentation.
