Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support the Assistant Manager of Quality by monitoring plasma center processes and ensuring compliance with CSL procedures and applicable regulations. The role emphasizes training coordination, audits, and the timely release of shipments and related documents.

You will work with center management to implement continuous improvement plans, manage training records, and help maintain data integrity within the Learning Management System while

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of quality systems and regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and documents.
• Maintain center records QA review for timeliness and accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage training activities, policies and processes at center level.
• Maintain Learning Management System data integrity and reporting.
• Lead internal audits and address deficiencies with corrective actions.
