Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to provide immediate support to the Assistant Manager of Quality by monitoring plasma center processes for compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements. You will ensure training needs are met and audits are supported.

The role includes coordinating training, maintaining training records, and performing QA reviews of shipments and documents to ensure customer specifications are met, with collaboration across center management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Understanding of Quality Systems and regulated training requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plasma center processes for compliance with CSL SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Report compliance status data to operational quality management.
• Collaborate with center management on continuous improvement plans and audits; respond to questions and pause operations if needed.
• Coordinate and manage training activities and maintain training records at the center level.
• Maintain Learning Management System data integrity and support data analysis for compliance.
• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and related documents to meet customer specifications.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate center responses for deficiencies with management.
