Job summary

CSL Plasma in Aston Township, PA seeks a QA professional to support the Assistant Manager of Quality by monitoring plasma center processes and ensuring compliance with CSL SOPs and all local, state, and federal requirements. You will help train staff and ensure adherence to regulatory directives to support operations and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and documents to meet customer specs.
• Maintain and review center QA records for thoroughness and accuracy; initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate and manage center-level training and Learning Management System activities.
• Conduct or lead internal audits; address deficiencies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote safety, health and environmental policies and ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA and related regs.
• Support CAPA processes and coordinate with center management on training retraining.
