Job summary

CSL Memphis is seeking an Associate Quality Coordinator to support the Assistant Manager of Quality by monitoring plasma center processes and ensuring compliance with CSL Operating Procedures and applicable regulations. This role will drive training and quality improvements across the center.

You will collaborate with center management, manage QA reviews, and coordinate corrective actions to address deficiencies and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or biological sciences preferred.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong critical reasoning, decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Understand Quality Systems and/or regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for all shipment documents.
• Ensure center records QA review for thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness.
• Initiate investigations and determine corrective actions.
• Maintain and review training documents per CSL procedures and regulations.
• Maintain Learning Management System data integrity and reporting.
• Schedule and monitor delivery of all training (new hire, annual, retraining).
• Collaborate with center management to deliver retraining and improve quality.
• Conduct periodic process assessments and corrective action planning.
