Job summary

CSL is seeking a QA-Driven position to support the Assistant Manager of Quality in monitoring plasma center processes and ensuring compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes training, audits, and continuous improvement to maintain quality across operations.

You will report to the Assistant Manager of Quality and collaborate with center management to address quality concerns and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or biological sciences.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for all shipments and associated documents.
• Ensure center records QA review for thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness of required information.
• Initiate investigations and document regulatory deficiencies; determine corrective action and effectiveness.
• Maintain and review center training documents to ensure CSL procedures and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain Learning Management System data integrity, reporting and analytics per standards.
• Initiate, schedule, coordinate and monitor all trainings to meet center and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal audits to monitor facility compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory standards.
