Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a QA Coordinator to support the Assistant Manager of Quality by monitoring plasma center processes and ensuring compliance with CSL Operating Procedures as well as local, state, and federal requirements. The role includes reporting compliance data, supporting continuous improvement plans, and representing the center during audits.

You will also coordinate training, maintain center records, and support the Learning Management System to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Understanding of quality systems and regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and documents to meet customer specs.
• Ensure center QA records are complete, accurate and timely; initiate investigations for deficiencies.
• Coordinate and monitor training activities and ensure current training materials are used at the center.
• Maintain Learning Management System data integrity and report generation.
• Lead internal audits and assist with external audits as needed.
