Job summary

CSL Vifor seeks a Quality Assurance professional to support the Assistant Manager of Quality by monitoring plasma center processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes training, documentation control, and audit readiness to uphold product quality and center safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of Quality Systems and regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and documents.
• Maintain and review plasma center QA records and training documents.
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of all training, including new hires and retraining.
• Lead internal audits and communicate non-conformities; support corrective actions.
