Job summary

CSL is seeking a Quality Assurance role supporting the Assistant Manager of Quality to monitor plasma center processes and ensure compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate training, manage QA reviews, and support audits to address quality concerns and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred in business administration or biological sciences.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong critical reasoning, decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Understanding of Quality Systems and regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for all shipment and documents to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Ensure center records QA review for thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness of required information; initiate investigations and document deficiencies.
• Maintain and review Plasma center personnel training documents to ensure compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Learning Management System data integrity and generate reports for compliance.
• Schedule, coordinate and monitor delivery of all training (new hire, annual, retraining) ensuring current materials are used.
• Collaborate with center management when reviewing the Quality Management System to identify retraining needs.
• Conduct periodic process assessments to ensure compliance with CSL written procedures and develop corrective action plans.
• Identify and communicate non-conformities to CSL’s SOPs; lead quality team meetings as needed.
• Promote Safety, Health and Environment policies and ensure safety training is followed at the center.
• Conduct internal and external audits to monitor facility compliance and prepare center responses to deficiencies.
