Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of workforce activities and evaluate compliance with policies and contract requirements.
• Implement a continuous quality improvement process through ongoing review of operations.
• Evaluate internal reports and provide required monitoring documents.
• Develop and implement continuous quality improvement processes.
• Review customer survey data regularly.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff with good judgment and diplomacy.
• Document that case managers perform timely and accurate activities in required systems.
• Ensure performance reviews of caseload conform with state guidelines on all indicators.
• Provide monitoring reports to QA Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
