Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure seeks a QA Manager to plan, coordinate, and direct the Quality Control program for the manufacturing facility. The role ensures continuous compliance with established standards and leads QA/QC staff in inspections, testing, and process improvement.

You will analyze data, establish quality objectives, train personnel, and address customer quality concerns while aligning with production goals and cost control.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree plus related experience or equivalent experience.
• Must read, analyze, and interpret business and technical materials.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills required.
• Ability to supervise and train QA/QC staff and manage investigations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and directs the Quality Control program.
