Job summary

Times Microwave Systems is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and optimize the internal Quality Management System, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 where applicable. The role emphasizes guiding cross-functional teams and sustaining product quality during expansion into new industries.

You will oversee daily QC operations, manage documentation, coordinate audits, and develop corrective actions while collaborating with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to read drawings, specs and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Quality department and set priorities.
• Maintain Quality Control documentation and procedures.
• Interface with customer and supplier quality personnel.
• Lead quality audits and maintain Quality Manual/Procedures.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Provide training on quality systems and procedures.
