Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the company’s Quality Management System and ensure ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance. You will drive supplier quality, CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement while guiding the quality team and coordinating with operations and engineering to meet customer and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive quality experience in manufacturing (aerospace, defense, or precision machining).
• 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Strong background in GD&T, inspection methods, and metrology.
• Knowledge of operating CMM machining equipment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, maintain, and improve the QMS to meet ISO 9001/AS9100 requirements.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to prioritize work through Inspection Lab.
• Direct the Quality team via coaching and accountability.
• Lead quality audits (internal, customer, third-party) for certification and compliance.
• Develop and monitor quality standards, inspection processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive CAPA systems to resolve issues and customer complaints.
• Train employees on quality procedures and compliance.
• Develop and report KPIs for quality performance to executives.
• Partner with operations and engineering on root cause analysis and defect reduction.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and vendors.
• Oversee supplier quality, audits, qualifications, and corrective actions.
• Lead First Article Inspections (FAI), PPAP submissions, and related docs.
• Manage departmental budget and resource planning.
