Job summary

Integrity Trade Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager for our manufacturing client in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The role focuses on advancing safety, quality, and performance through continuous-improvement methods and strategic audits.

You will oversee the quality program, update policies, lead internal and external audits (ISO, AISC where applicable), and ensure compliant shipment decisions. Strong leadership and certification credentials are required to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• ISO 9001 or AS9100 auditor certification.
• Change-management certification.
• Project-management certification.
• Executive-management certification.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing operations experience, preferably in welding, machining, heat treating, blasting, or painting.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and achieving measurable results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality program implementation and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Update policies and procedures in response to changes.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits with bodies like ISO/AISC.
• Make final decisions on product shipment ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate resolution of quality issues with vendors and production.
• Review audits and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regulatory reports and quality documentation.
