Job summary

Smart AutoCare in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I to support the claims quality program. The role conducts structured audits, evaluates processes, and ensures adherence to established standards to protect operational integrity and customer outcomes.

You will build foundational knowledge of claims handling, compliance requirements, and quality expectations, participate in calibration sessions, and report audit results to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of claims processing experience, minimum 1 year of automotive repair and diagnosis experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.

The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in claims. This is a full-time position based in Jacksonville, FL. The Quality Assurance Analyst I supports the execution of the Claims quality program by conducting structured audits and ensuring adherence to established processes and standards. This role builds foundational knowledge of claims handling, compliance requirements, and quality expectations while contributing to consistent, accurate evaluations that protect operational integrity and customer outcomes.

Primary Job Functions:

• Conduct scheduled quality reviews using established audit tools and criteria
