Ascension is seeking a Quality professional to coordinate compliance and safety programs at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Milwaukee. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory excellence and leading cross-disciplinary efforts to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience; preferred credentials include Quality Professional and Risk Management expertise. This is a full-time, on-site role in Milwaukee, WI.

• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration to identify bottlenecks and implement service improvements for efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Champion patient safety initiatives by translating standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies for patients and staff.
• Transform data into insight by analyzing clinical and financial metrics to support executive decision-making.
