Waters of Batesville is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to administer medications under nurse supervision. You will follow safety protocols and state regulations while caring for residents in a comprehensive facility.

Responsibilities include med passes, vitals monitoring, MAR documentation, and reporting to the nurse on duty. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid QMA license; flexible hours, and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge of federal and state rules.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician/nurse guidance.
• Observe residents for reactions and monitor vital signs.
• Document medications in MAR and report to nurse on duty.
• Safely assist with transfers and participate in audits and meetings.
