Waters of Tipton is hiring a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to administer medications under nurse supervision. You will handle oral, inhaled, topical, and PRN meds, monitor residents, and document MAR entries. The role requires reading, writing, and speaking English and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have current QMA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, scheduled, and PRN medications with nurse supervision.
• Handle inhalers and nebulizer treatments with nurse assessment.
• Document medications on MAR as required.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to nurse on duty.
• Audit medication administration and maintain medication carts.
