Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-food.
• General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred.
• Experience leading a high-volume drive-thru restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for food quality, safety, service and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain restaurant team members and managers.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment focused on teamwork and performance.
• Create accurate sales projections and employee schedules based on business needs.
• Manage restaurant financial performance including sales, labor, food cost and profitability.
• Review performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold staff accountable.
• Develop Assistant Managers and other high-potential employees for leadership roles.
• Ensure proper execution of company systems, policies, and operating standards.
• Maintain staffing levels and prepare for peak business periods.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, employment laws, and regulations.
• Partner with Area Supervisor to set goals and improve performance.
