Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Arby’s in Springboro, OH. You will oversee daily operations, financial results, staffing, guest satisfaction, and food safety, while driving high standards and Profit & Loss management.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in quick-service leadership, a hands-on management style, and a track record of building strong teams, coaching performance, and achieving performance goals in a fast-paced drive-thru environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in restaurant management; GM/AGM experience preferred.
• Experience in quick-service or fast-food environments.
• Experience leading a high-volume drive-thru operation.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage labor, food cost, inventory and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain team members and managers.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment focused on teamwork and performance.
• Create accurate sales projections and employee schedules.
• Manage restaurant financials, including sales, labor, food cost and profitability.
• Review performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Develop Assistant Managers for future leadership opportunities.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
