Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC seeks an experienced General Manager to lead an Arby’s in Middletown, OH. You will own daily operations, drive sales, lead staff, and ensure guest satisfaction with strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience, preferably GM/AGM.
• Experience leading high-volume, drive-thru operations.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with focus on quality, cleanliness, safety, service and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain restaurant team members and managers.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment emphasizing teamwork.
• Create accurate sales projections and employee schedules.
• Manage financial performance including sales, labor, food cost, cash controls.
• Review performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Develop Assistant Managers and potential leaders.
• Ensure execution of company systems, policies, and standards.
• Maintain appropriate staffing for peak periods.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safety laws, and regulations.
• Partner with Area Supervisor to establish goals and drive performance.
